Dear Yogis! Attention!

We are opening English yoga classes for beginners!

Every Sunday, 12 a.m. in our new comfortable hall near Old Arbat street, 5 minutes walking from Smolenskaya metro station (How to find).

Qualified English-speaking yoga teachers Dima Barishnikov, Alex Pedanov  and Ilya Zhuravlev are happy to share their knowledge of yoga with you!

Hatha yoga in vinyasa style (statical postures with dynamical movements in between). Detailed explanations for beginners! Duration of class 1 hour 30 minutes.  Drop in class 500 rubles.

We have public yoga mats in hall, but for regular yoga practice better to have own one.

Dmitry Baryshnikov

Certified Hatha Yoga teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Center (Moscow). Dima studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in India (Mysore) under the guidance of Shri K.Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswami. Participated in workshops of Lino Miele (Italy), Petri Räisänen (Finland) and Mark Darby (Canada). Learned pranayama from B.N.S. Iyengar (India, Mysore).

Аlexey Pedanov

Certified Hatha Yoga teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Center (Moscow). Alex has medical degree and completed Teachers Training in Moscow Ashtanga yoga center. Studied under the guidance Dr. Madhavan (Tamil Nadu, India), Andrey Lappa (Kiev), yoga-therapysts Leonid Gartsenstein (Moldova) and Tatyana Mironchuk (Belorussia). Participated in training of Yoga Kids method by Marsha Venig.

Ilya Zhuravlev

Certified Hatha Yoga teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Center (Moscow). Ilya studied yoga in Indian Embassy Moscow under the guidance of Jayakumar Swamishree (Mysore), in India under the guidance of Bal Mukund Singh (Delhi), Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, BNS Iyengar, V.Sheshadri (Mysore), Gopala Krishna (Bangalore), Dr. Madhavan (Tamil Nadu), completed teachers training at Shivananda Ashram (Neyar Dham, Kerala), completed teachers training with Andrey Lappa (Kiev), attended classes in yoga-ashrams of Rishikesh and Pondicherry, participated in training-intensives with Shandor Remete (Australia), Gabriella Jubilaro (Italy), Kali Ray (USA), Andrey Sidersky (Kiev).
