Metro station Mayakovskaya or Barrikadnaya, Zoologicheskaya str, building 30.

Build.30 is living house opposite to Filatovskaya hospital, enter from the left side of house, few steps to basement, black iron door, press button with number 108. Inside basement follow the pointers with number 108.

Way is 10-15 minutes walking from metro station. After exit from metro station, you can go on the left or right side, to cross Tverskaya street throgh pedestrian subway, then go down throgh Gasheka or Fuchika streets, until they cross Krasina street. After Petrol Pump you will enter Zoologicheskaya str. Map is HERE.

We offer classes for beginners, with special attention to building correct "base" of asana (yogic posture), vinyasa (dynamical movement between asanas) and breathing practice. Our method based on traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system of Shri T. Krishnamacharya - Shri K. Patatbhi Jois (South India). Also we have few intermediate classes for students who have yoga expirience, group for older people, class of deep relaxation (yoga nidra, in russian). All classes are "drop-in"

Price of classes: 350 rubles drop-in class, One month card - 2000 rubles (8 classes during the month)

No prior registartion needed. Just come to any beginners group. You should have sports clothes and its better do not eat about 3 hours before class.. All clasess are in Russian, but usually teacher speaks a little bit English and can give you personal advice if you need it.
In our "Mayakovskaya" hall you can buy Russian Yoga Magazine, useful books, DVD`s on Yoga, CD`s with music for practice, special yogamats and bags for them. About yoga props call +7 926 204 00 01
